Regular Domestic Cleaning

Spring Clean London Ltd has been in the residential cleaning business for many years. All our domestic cleaners are experienced, trained and insured. We have checked their references, documents and address history. We have personally interviewed each one of them and have carefully selected the best candidates. We would not send someone in your home that we don’t want to clean our own.

When we take your call, we’ll consider you requirements regarding the cleaning and will choose the right cleaner for you. We’ll arrange a trial clean so that you can meet the cleaner and decide whether you would like to proceed with a regular cleaning service. Once you have been assigned a cleaner, the same cleaner will visit your property every time. We’ll replace your regular domestic cleaner only in case of sickness, holidays or end of the cleaner’s contract.

We consider a cleaning service to be regular if it is carried out one at least once a week or fortnightly. If the cleaning takes place less often, it is treated as one-off cleaning. We require a minimum of 3 hours per cleaning visit. If ironing is needed, it will be on top of that. In case your property is small and depending on your requirements, ironing can be included in the minimum of 3 hours. Spring Clean London will tailor a domestic cleaning service according to your needs. For you convenience, we are flexible in terms of methods of payment.

We would like our customers to feel safe and relaxed. Our goal is to ensure reliability, security, punctuality and excellence of the cleaning service. We’ll be in touch with you throughout the duration of the domestic cleaning contract. We’ll not forget about you and will not try to escape liability. If any breakage occurs, we’ll repair the damage or pay for it. If a cleaner loses your key, we’ll pay for a new one to be cut. We’ll be always there to resolve any problems.
