FAQs

1. Are you and your cleaners insured?

YES, we are fully insured.

2. What areas do you cover?

We cover all London areas within M25 and up to 20 miles radius. If your property is farther than that, there will be an additional trip charge.

3. How and when do I pay?

Payments are due after job completion. We accept cash, checks and card payments. There is a 3% surcharge for all credit card transactions. If you think that you won’t be able to return to the property at the end of the clean, then you can pay the cleaners before you leave. If you are paying by card, you have to provide your details when making the booking as a guarantee. However, your card will be charged after the job is completed.

4. Is there a minimum amount I have to pay?

There is minimum charge of 50 pounds per visit for carpet and upholstery cleaning, 96 pounds for one-off cleaning and 33 pounds for regular domestic cleaning.

5. Are your prices inclusive of VAT?

All prices include VAT.

6. Do I need to pay the congestion charge or any other fee?

Parking charge and congestion charge are not included in our prices.

7. Do you bring your own cleaning materials?

We provide all necessary cleaning products and equipment.

8. Do you work on weekends and public holidays?

We work on weekends and on most bank holidays and there is no extra charge for that.

9. Do you charge different rates for furnished or unfurnished properties?

The prices for end/start of tenancy cleaning are the same for furnished and unfurnished properties. However, we charge different rates for occupied properties. If you live in the property and all your personal belongings are there, then the clean is charged per hour. In this case, we can’t offer you a fixed price for the cleaning but we can give you an approximate estimate based on our experience.

10. What stains can you remove from carpet?

We use the best cleaning detergents and professional carpet and upholstery steam cleaning machines which are designed to remove red wine, pet urine and odour, blood, mud, coffee, baby oil, make up, candle wax, water based paint, vomit, butter, candle wax, chocolate, cough syrup, food, juice, grease, ice cream, jam, ketchup, lipstick, mildew, oils, rust, shoe polish, tar and many others.

11. Do you move furniture when cleaning carpet?

We can move furniture on request if it is not too heavy.

12. How long is the drying process of carpets?

The drying time depends on the type and thickness of the carpet. In general, it takes about 6-8 hours. However, you can walk on the carpet straight after the clean as you will be supplied with free plastic overshoes.

13. What if I need to change or cancel my cleaning appointment?

If for any reason you need to cancel or reschedule the service you have booked, you must inform us at least 48 hours prior to the clean. Failure to do so before the specified time will result in a cancellation charge of £50.

14. Do I have to be at home during the cleaning?

No, you do not have to be at home. However, someone needs to let the cleaners in or you need to provide a key for your property. You have to be at the property at the end of the cleaning in order to inspect the quality of cleaning and make the payment.

15. What if something is damaged when my home is being cleaned?

If our cleaners break or damage something during cleaning, we will make every effort to have the item repaired or replaced. Any damages or breakages must be reported during inspection straight after job completion.

16. What if I am not completely satisfied with your cleaning?

If you, your landlord or letting agents are not entirely happy with the quality of the cleaning, you must contact our office within 48 hours after the clean and we will arrange a re-clean of the disputed areas free of charge. Please, note that there is no option of free re-clean for hourly based cleaning services.
